I'm so sad. I love house flipper and was so excited for house flipper 2. I bought the game and then realized that it's not compatible with Mac. Worst day ever

If you have an arm Mac, you should be able to play using the game porting toolkit. I've installed Windows Steam via Whisky and it's working pretty well on my M1 Max.

Yeah, I waited patiently for this game after getting bored with re-playing Flipper 1 over and over. There was nothing in any of the pre-release advertising that it wouldn't be available on Mac. Really disappointed and not a little pissed off. In this day and age of gaming, I would have thought developers were now skilled enough to multi-platform games. But it appears we're still back in the 90s in so many ways. I'm off to play FrostPunk - bugger Flipper.

Same, I believe when the demo launched that Macs weren't supported, but assumed it would be with the full launch since the first game was. I'm just gonna go figure out xbox game pass on my Quest 3 since that dropped as well.

I was able too play this game through Boosteroid on my M2 mini, ran fine. Only problem I ran into was that I had to install the game each time I played because there is no Mac version.

Online research mostly. You can find House Flipper 2 on both Boosteroid and Geforce Now. I have played it on both, Geforce is definitely faster loading. I have not been able to connect successfully to Mod.io yet on either service. I have also looked at installing Crossover Mac and Whiskey. Both of those install what is called a wine bottle onto your Mac, so you can run Windows apps in that partition. Boosteroid, Geforce and Crossover are all subscription services so do your research to see if they will work for you.

Also, I just found out today that the official Microsoft support site offers two options for using Windows 11 with Mac® computers with Apple® M1® and M2™ chips - Microsoft Support:
Windows 11 and Windows 365 Cloud PCs
Windows 11 and Parallels Desktop

The article I read said that these might not be the most cost efficient ways, but seem to be the only ones officially supported by Microsoft. I have not looked at either of these options at all yet.
