This is truly gem of a game, so You can make your own house in the sandbox mode, then turn it into job and share on the ingame mod site for other players!

- "quietly confident sequel" : is this a joke or something? You clearly never played HF1 !!!
- "which doesn't make many big changes" : nice of you to tell us it isn't worth to buy ...

What? Im on Steam for 12 years with near 700 games, i own and played House Flipper 1 plus its dlcs, and in the end i was citing the PC Gamer article in a part about very nice feauture.

By the way , this game will be great, you will see.

This feature alone is already worth the money. Can you imagine how much fun it will be to design/build a new unique house, set up the jobs, and upload it to mod.io for others to work on?

I can see there is going to be alot of ducks :)

Job part 1 place 20 ducks!
Job part 2 Place another 30 ducks!
Job part 3 Place 50 further more ducks around the duck pond!.
Job part 4 Sit on chair and admire the ducking good job you did! :D
