For example, WALLS. now, you can build by the individual little block, rather than a whole segment of a wall. In addition, you can paint each little square differently, so you can customize much more. This, among other things, make the game totally worth the money. I can provide additional reasons if you'd like, but for the sake of keeping this short, i'll end this here.
TL;DR: 2 is MUCH better imho, walls ROCK
I will play the second one, But wanted to know if its better to play the first one before the second one or I will not miss anything if i ignore the first one and start the franchise with the second one.
Thank you too.
Otherwise, I'd just hop into the second! You wont miss anything, dont worry!
Also, a DLC for HF2 is going to be announced within the next couple of days/along side of the upcoming update.
however, 1 is really limited in what you CAN do, sure it feels more like genuinely flipping a house, but it cant do alot of what 2 can (drop down ceilings (not sure about floors yet), customizing items specifically to fit an area, custom size rugs and pictures).
Overall both are great, 1 is better if you wanna feel like your a one man HGTV that ISNT preying on the vunerable, especially with selling a house as it feels more like a auction and like a bidder won, but you can ask more.
2 is better if you wanna get into the exacts of flipping, making everything perfect, with perfect recessed lighting say in a kitchen, or raised platform whatever, you can get the house EXACTLY right, but damn does it kinda feel mobily, with it using "gold" instead of letting you select a currency symbol, and the UI being kinda gamified, actually the fact their is a hud to begin with is gamish, i think 1 only had your money and a minimap in the upper right corner.
