Hi guys. Being a massive fan of house flipper 1 I would love to see a strimmer or lawn mower in HF2 as the original house flipper beats HF2 hands down atm having the garden side prebuilt into house flipper was a massive selling point for me, Also after the last update the ability to sell houses in sandbox was removed sadly, theres nothng better than putting up your money to build a house then seeing your hard work be rewarded.

Don't worry. I'll bet my bottom dollar that we will get Gardening... and Pets. We just have to be patient with them. Better done right than done quick.

Suggest you check the latest roadmap (in the last livestream) as they are bringing back the lawnmower in the March update

what we need is a workshop that is the first one ,only this is a dead game in the future .
The never can make all this thing what the people make in a workshop. like HF 1.
I play HF 1 and it is the much better game as HF 2 only it have a workshop.
I dont understand this people to make not a workshop for this game it is so stupid .

Go to mod.io and shut up. People on consoles have a right to mods too.

I get this, but you don't really get items on mod.io and currently the game is seriously lacking in item options. I wish they could just import the items from HF1 or something because I'm quite tired of using the same couches in every house, and I want my electric fireplaces and outdoor firepits back!

I'd have liked to by now been able to use the showers, toilets and cooking facilities, that would have been cool but instead (aside from simple wiring) can't install anything anymore, it just gets plonked in place and just works.
