How to paint wooden walls?

I bought a house and changed the size ot the front door, so I need to paint the added walls in the same color like the house, but how? I can't use the tool, it doesn't work on the outer house walls.

I had the same problem, and to this day, I still haven't found the answer or solution to it. I just picked a color manually from a tablet while trying to match and maintain the actual color of the house's exterior wall

Screenshot is working now.. I may find the right color, but then, it's just color, but not wooden anymore.

You have to choose a wooden finish that is recolorable, like painted wood or some other custom color wood type. Then choose the color that you want, and apply the wood to the surface, in this case the outer walls.
