For the life of me, I cannot seem to unlock Henry Spring. I bought the Lavender house, and followed the above guide. Used only Cozy Rosie furniture, included plenty of indoor plants, kept everything neutral, and loaded the backyard with a huge garden. If you have luck unlocking him, I'd love to hear what you did differently. It's driving me crazy lol.

Use the cobblestone house, get rid of the kids toys, clean up. I made the sunroom into a greenhouse and changed the walls to green and added plants everywhere. He was my second buyer
