Why is it that i cannot sell a property converted to a Restaurant with more buyers than one guy who only takes it as a last resort at almost cost . It should not matter as a Restaurant does not need fully equipped bathrooms !! this shows a lack of thought for what people will create to sell. My Motel would have has the same problem if i had not put in a shower in every room with toilet and basin.

The game is about buying and flipping houses, and the buyers are all looking for a house, not a commercial property. I wouldn't really say it's a lack of thought, it's just not something factored in because it is outside of what was intended.

The reason you're only getting that one buyer is because he's the only buyer who accepts properties that are missing utilities.

If we get an update or DLC like the first for restaurants then I'd love to see them add some buyers for commercial properties which have different requirements. But until that happens, if you're missing utilities then you're going to get Mr. Bylowe.

It boils down to the bathroom. Public bathrooms are fun to build, but you absolutely have to include a t least one shower or tub. I try to allow enough room for my public bathroom where I can build a small room within that holds a simple shower. It might look a little odd in your idea of what a public restroom should look like, but it sells the house to the higher bidder.
