Adjustable Wall Panels?

I think the new wall panels should be adjustable. I really want to use them, but there is almost always spots I can't place any so I end up not using them at all. It would just be nice to be able to adjust their length and such.

And WTF did the devs decide to use another 3rd party app for suggestions we have to create an additional account? Personally i'm not willing to open my 532st account on a website to provide suggestions for HF2.
We already need an additonal account for mod.io because the devs decided not to use steam workshop anymore.
