Henry Spring. I have tried 16 separate times to get this guy a house. I’ve tried all of the small to medium sized houses. I’ve tried all the plants. I’ve tried doing completely Cozy Rosie furniture, I’ve tried mixing it, I’ve tried planting outdoor flowers along with the indoor ones, I’ve done all completely flat/neutral colors. What am I missing? The rest I’ve unlocked with ease but I can’t get this one! Please help. 😫

The loft apartment (so NO garden) each room equally hideously decorated and he was top buyer TWICE! Go figure!!

My daughter has this game and asked me to look up information about two of the special buyers that are causing problems.
One is Henry Spring and the other is Layla Farah.
As for the special buyers, there is a Wiki for the game that has some guidelines that should help players meet them.
Honestly, after looking at the game, I think it is silly to have to try and try without having an idea of ​​what to do to meet them.
In fact, in-game the portraits of the special buyers, before unlocking them, are completely hidden and you don't know their name or what it takes to get them interested in the restored homes.
The Wiki is not accurate and provides completely unfounded information with some of them.
The case of Henry Spring is a case of this and the image posted above is proof of that.
My daughter sold the family home to move into the Bohemian Apartment a while ago, obviously after completely transforming it.
So, he doesn't intend to sell it to Henry Spring.
Yet it seems that the game only accepts that option for that buyer who should like a small house painted with neutral colors and not flashy as instead he wants to see only on the flowers inside the house or garden and finally he wants the Cozy Rosie furniture.
The Bohemian Apartment is not as small as it seems, it does not have a garden but only a small balcony that has room for a deck chair and little else and in the image posted above, there are so many flashy colors that you need sunglasses to look at it.
What a joke that is.
If the game Wiki is based on the information provided by the development team, at this point then, I believe that information has been provided, absolutely unreliable and misleading.
It's a shame because the basic game concept is enjoyable and I also found House Flipper 2 interesting, but given this situation, I certainly won't buy it and I won't recommend it to my friends.

They certainly need to do some work on the buyers in HF2, but I understand the DEVs are working on it so maybe we'll get feedback from potential buyers as we're renovating a property like in HF1, it would certainly help because atm it is just a lottery with seemingly no rules!

I tried all cozy little houses with Henry, flooded them with flowers, both inside and out. He was not interested. Instead he showed up when I was selling the Bohemian apartement. As many other players experienced. It makes no sense, whatsoever.

Layla Farah was another nightmare to unlock. Finally, after umpteen attempts, she unlocked yesterday (Peacey house). Put it up on auction again and again, adding little things between each time. She popped right after I had added all the little gadgets/alarms (including thermostat and burglar alarm) + a robot vacuum both down- and upstairs. So apparently the gadgets are more important than workout equipment. And who said anything about living in the forest....?

I do appreciate this buyer system, compared to HF1. I hated having those loudmouths hanging over my shoulder, commenting everything I did, or didn't do. I was over the moon when we could finally turn those comments off. If they do implement feedback from buyers, I hope they add an option to turn them off too.

I'm stuck on Bella Bianchi and Layla Farah. I've seen the youtube tutorials and followed them exactly, several times, but still with no luck, it's very frustrating.

Yeah I'm stuck on bella too, nothing is working at all. I literally made another garage(apparently she wants 2 garage doors) and filled it with literally every skadi furniture in the game like people were saying and nothing. I'm wondering if something in the new update changed it, but there's nothing that implies that in the change log so idk

For Bella, try adding the little gadgets for her too. Fire alarm, air conditioner, Co-sensor, robo-vacuum etc etc. Also, don't forget she wants bathtubs, not hottubs
