lost my privet school house!

I lost my privet school house after I thought I sold a house in sandbox mode. After buying the privet school again all I got was a lot in the woods in sandbox mode. Where did the privet school property go?. And most of all can and how do I get it back?

You can't sell houses in sandbox mode, only in story mode, and after selling, check the "sold" tab, it should be there

I know. the house was in the sold section. But when I bought it again, the game did not send me inside the house. I was outside in the forest. I know I deleted the property that I had in sandbox . could I have deleted the house? without me knowing. And is there a way to get the deleted property back? :)
