Grass Growth?

Hey y'all. I wanna ask before I royally screw up a house I'm working on: Are there any plans to make a sort of "Grass seed" or "Grass lawn roll" tool like in HF1 to re-grow trimmed grass? Is that currently in the game, and I haven't unlocked it? I'm halfway through "Setting my garden straight" but I'm already too antsy to know or not, and it doesn't look like it's there.

I was thinking more in the house-flipping, non-sandbox part, not the quest.

Most of the sandbox tools/options should be available in career mode. It makes no sense to deprive us of this unless there's some kind of coding/memory issue to contend with.
