DLC?

So, after I finally broke down and played HF 1 for the first time, I enjoyed it so much that I purchased the bundle with all DLC and HF2. And, I'm locked out of the DLC. Has this happened to anyone else? If so, what do I need to do to unlock the DLC?

Addendum: I finally figured out the problem. If you purchase the bundle (and presumably all DLC), when you start the game, the first time you click on the virtual laptop (and every time thereafter until they are unlocked) the DLC will appear on the startup screen as locked. However, if you Browse jobs available (not the list of jobs tab, but the Browse tab), the DLC's _first_ jobs will appear. Doing those first jobs will unlock the DLC on the startup screen.

Yeah. I have HF 1 and I am playing HF 1. I am locked out of the DLC that I payed for, downloaded, and installed.

This really should be a discussion on the HF1 board. Since it's 2 different teams working on these games, they will be able to assist you there.

Also highly suggest to send a support ticket to the team asap, The how to steps are in the pinned topics for troubleshooting.

Have you tried verifying the integrity of your files on Steam? Also go to 'manage my DLC' tab and make sure they all have a tick mark (option to verify files is also on this tab)

Oddly, there does not appear to _be_ a discussion board on HF 1. You can comment on their latest posts, but I can't start a discussion there.

When you go to that first page look on the right hand side and click on the 'ideas and questions' tab, that is their discussion forum for new posts

I also bought the bundle of HF1 with all DLCs just like you. It works fine for me. Which DLC are you talking about? Are you locked out of all DLCs or a specific one? I hope you're not talking about Dine out DLC because that's not out yet and HF2 has no DLC out.

I'm locked out of all of them. But, I think I may know what the issue is. Someone told me that in order to unlock DLC you have to complete the main jobs in the core game. That makes sense to me. I still have 4 jobs to do. When that's done, if I am still locked out of DLC, I'll contact their customer service. For now, though, I do know that I am gaining access to more and more items as I move along, so maybe some of that is from the DLC and all I need to do is finish the jobs.
