Does it ever go on sale?

I ha e had House Flipper 2 in my wishlist since before it came out. However, due to school I had to step away from playing games for a bit because I will lose focus on schoolwork. I have missed plenty of key giveaways and such due to me not watching games. The last 2 months I have been binge watching certain youtube channels and I really want to get this game but I can't right now with X-Mas coming up. I will however be watching the store incase a sell happens, no luck so far.

I didn’t see the sale that day and today I see what said it was a sale but I think I may be seeing something wrong. Is it really $25 something I was hoping to catch a great holiday sale and my two sisters were as well. If that is the sale price I guess I will have to take that off my christmas wish list ror myself for a long while. I have to get more Christmas for my toddler and older kids, and then all my niece's and nephews, and siblings. Anyways hopefully one day until then since I have all the dlcs for house flipper I guess I will stick to those and other games that are on sale.
