New Buyers

I am..unsure how the new buyers work. I tried to make a house, specifically to sell it to one buyer, but they don't come up, at all. I'm wondering if there's a way to get a specific person we're trying to sell to yet? Or ways to see that they're going to come up (like in HF1 when they would comment on the things we did)?

For Gary you need to create a house with no lights, but you still need the very BASIC soustenance, so a bedroom with 1 single bed [no need for other furniture], a bathroom, and a kitchen. if you get Karry, that means your house still lack some basic furniture to live in [bathroom, bedroom, kitchen is the basic]

Try this...buy the first house, the lavender...the smallest one. clean it, sell all the light, add a bed and you are ready to go. Hood will appear. even if the hous has windows...i'm pretty sure the game doesnt take in account windows and doors as long as you gave at least one of each.

To get Sprouce...i get her by accident buying the Very Merry House....cleaned it completely and sold it...and i get as Buyers Louis Williams AND Ramona Sprouce

And alSo...are you sure the game take notice of windows, doors and wall paint or wallpaper? So far it seems the game doesn't even care if you leave an entire wall open with no concrete, no windows, no door...

If i remember correctly, to get him i bought one of the bigger houses (Trevor's mansion i think), and just did the stereotypical streamer house: A lot of bright colors (i did mostly red but i don't think it matters), a LOT of futuro and expensive furniture, enough LEDs to blind someone, a fully loaded pc (with webcam, headphone, vr headset...), TVs in every room with video game console and controler to accompany, basically if it's tech and/or futuristic, it should be in the house. Also to answer your question, i think the game cares more about brand and description than color of the object, like it registers you did a futuro wallpaper, but not if it's red or magenta.

Double check the house to see if there is any hidden lights, i had one in the house and he wouldn't appear

i tryed trevor mansion too. sold all the items inside then buyed futuro furniture and lots of tv, computer, vr sets and so on but couldn't summon Kyle. you did it just adding things to the already plenty of items in the mansion?

I sold, cleaned, and re-tiled / painted everything. Did you try adding more than one bedroom and office, and doing a very big living and dinning room? His bio says he likes space for guests so maybe that's what's missing?

The other one i cant really seem to understand is the bookworm girl. she hate gardens, so i sell all the plant in a random house. she hava not so much to spend, so i choose the lavander or blu house...sell all furniture and buy just the "traditional" che so much like. Then i buy a lot of shelves and books but i cant seem to obtain her attention XD

Sad news Guys...very sad News...

This means that this game is not like House Flipper 1... no walls, no doors, no windows...you can simply put the items you need in one room, with no floor paint, no wallpaper, nothing...and the nwe Buyer will come. The game doesn't care about anything as long as you have some "key" items. sad..very sad...
