New Buyers

I am..unsure how the new buyers work. I tried to make a house, specifically to sell it to one buyer, but they don't come up, at all. I'm wondering if there's a way to get a specific person we're trying to sell to yet? Or ways to see that they're going to come up (like in HF1 when they would comment on the things we did)?

I finally got Layla today. I used the small cabin in the woods and did everything suggested with the skandi/simple furnishings etc. I added an exercise mat and gym ladder along with the balls. I also made a bigger window in the living room like 7x 7, added a few nature type pictures on the walls and a laptop in the living room like the description said. She finally popped up.

I was Borede, buyed the cobblestone, flipped, renewed...no famous buyer showed up so i decided to replicate near it another house...the Former Houseboat XD but bigget. with lots of beds, rooms, things...nobudy showed. so i used my brain cells powe and added just a few VR set and joypad and Kyle Showed up to buy....still i like this place i will save it for the sandmode XD

you just buy it and place it where you like. in fact, you don't need to place items in any specific room, you just need to have them. Read all my comments, i have explained this multiple time. ^ ^

I searched 'Victorian' on mod.io and got 30 results, surely there must be one of them that suits your needs. If you DO find one then use the 'save as' option and save as a new property which will put the build into your own portfolio to change how you like.

What ideas do you want beyond what has been posted and that works repeatedly?

We don't even need anything beyond a floor and a wall to get buyers. What will you do if/when the Devs patch this out, and/or make requirements harder?

Again, for Bella:

Desolate Villa, sell everything, clean (don't need to repair or paint anything), place 1 extra garage door (2 garage doors is a MUST HAVE), put 10 SKADI furniture.

Must have: 1 bed, 1 sofa, 1 light, 1 toilet, 1 bathtub (NOT the hot tub).
For the rest, I usually go: 1 bedside table, 1 chair, 1 dinner table, 1 cabinet, 1 bookshelf (or whatever I feel like, really).

If you still don't get her, you're doing something wrong.

it doesnt worked for me until i found out that only 3 bathtubs will be accepted by bella. the 3 most expensive bathtubs in game. Buying one of them is enough.

no need for the grill XD but he show up often. so often in fact that i didnt even tryed to look for his basics XD he just want a lot of stuff around and pop up. if you remove the grill and add other things he come back again XD

House: Above the Garage
I added space to put in two garage doors.
Furniture: Skadi the most expensive (as mentioned above) on the other hand bathroom: Futuro (the most expensive once again).
I covered the apartment part with white tiles and white marble, I don't know if that counted.
I had tried everything before, including the video.

Maison : Au-dessus du Garage
J'ai ajouté de la surface pour mettre deux portes de garage.
Mobilier : Skadi les plus chers (comme indiqué plus haut) par contre salle de bain : Futuro (les plus chers une fois encore).
J'ai recouvert la partie appartement de carrelage blanc et de marbre blanc, je ne sais pas si cela a compté.
J'avais tout essayé avant, y compris la vidéo.
