Stuck in wall ..literally

I'm doing the House on Stilts and have accidentally moved backwards into the centre of the bathroom wall while tiling. Tried smashing floor both rooms, exiting back to office and exiting game and restart, unfortunately upon return to house it starts with me stuck inside the internal wall. Please help I have spent a fortune and many hours doing up this house.

I am having the same problem. I am stuck in a wall and i cant get out
I even tried to bust the wall I am stuck in but it wont work. has anyone found a fix for this?

I found a fix, just choose a door or door frame and try to place it on the wall and it should pop you out, you dont have to actually buy the door just try to place it.

You could try jumping (space key) and moving in all directions. I've been caught because something was on the floor and due to being in a tight place I couldn't see it. It's happened a number of times and jumping helped on 2 occasions, but there are many other ways to get caught. I was stuck between a rotary clothes line and a sun lounge, removing the clothes line got me out. The door trick previously mentioned by KelleyBean works well. What;s even more frustrating is being stuck for no reason, Luckily a reset worked for that one.
