Can't sell a house?

I just flipped my first house in the game but it gives me no option to sell it? The only house it will show up for auction is my office. Is this a bug or am I missing something?

You have to auction it off... that is selling it...

You have to be at the house you are trying to sell. Can`t sell them from your office.

I know I have to be at the house I'm trying to sell. That's what I'm saying. I was at the house I was trying to sell but it gives me no option to actually sell it. Only my office house.

Which house are you trying to sell?
If it's the parents house, you can't sell that one.

Is it the first house when you start the game? (parent's house) You can't sell that one.

Seems like a detail the dev's should of thought about when making the game...why wouldn't you be able to sell while at the office. Did the devs even think when making this game to be honest?

No its not. I forget the name of it but it has dark blue siding.

So after logging back in the game today, it finally let me sell it. Not sure why it wouldn't let me before.

I have 4 houses and I can't auction any of them whether I'm at the house or not. So many bugs with this game already. I'm ready to restart the original game. Ugh

to sell a house you have to only be in a house you own that is NOT your office

press TAB
if you see Store - Perks - Emails - Assembly -Houses .....It's your Office
if you see Quests - Store - Perks - Email - Houses .....you're on a job, you don't own it
if you see Store - Perks - Auction house - Houses .....BINGO! go ahead and sell (unless of course as mentioned its the Peaceys' family home where the Auction Tab explains why you cant sell it.

The one bug a developer can't fix is the players ;)

It's so funny how someone assume that he or she is smarter than person they don't even know. Thank you a lot for your explanation, captain, however it DOESN'T WORK. I'm not in my office, not on a job, not inside family home, and OH MY GOD I ALSO SEE STORE - PERKS - AUCTION - HOUSES, BUT IT STILL DON'T ALLOW ME TO SELL THE HOUSE. Oh my god, Is it a... maybe... a BUG? Yeah, OF COURSE IT IS.

Have you tried verifying your files on Steam? That sometimes fixes random bugs that only affect a few people.

So far the only thing that seems to work,unfortunately,is starting a whole new game 😭
