Why can´t we sell houses built in Sandbox Mode

What would be the point? Not like you need currency in Sandbox mode. You might as well delete your lot if you want it like the main game where you can't visit the houses your flipped.

Unless you're talking about some kind of house appraisal, basically seeing what your house would sell for if it was built in the main game?

I think it would be awesome if this game had Steam Workshop integration so that we could share houses built in Sandbox, either as a new mission or to admire what other people has built.

You can also make a house in sandbox mode that other players clean and remodel. Upload it here, and others can download it. Some people charge for them.
