Copy Style/ duplicate help

I can't figure it out. I can't seem to copy style or duplicate even though I have both perks. All I can do is sell an item.

For controller when you have the flipper tool in hand click the RB and it will give you the wheel to select sell/ duplicate/ copy style/ change style... select what you want to do, and point and click.

I use a mouse. The right button only sells. I don't know what I'm missing.

I looked it up on youtube. It's R with the flipper tool. Though I swear I pushed all the buttons and nothing worked. Oh well I got there in the end.
