Ok I have it loaded now, it will run between 30 - 45fps at 1080p Ultra Detail at the beginning house so you may want to adjust the settings a bit if you want more
lol you won't burn up a card just cause ypu are below min where did you get that idea from?
Then your system has bad airflow thats not the GPU's fault, didn't clean the case / configure it right with enough fans
I've played games that have been too much for my system many times and never killed one, that GTX 1070 I have in my second system is now about 8 years old now and still works great after running many games on it in the 30fps and up range
I've done it before lol. Even if you clean your system, you can burn out a card, hell I burned up a R9 380x, though, that was because of a Radeon update that royally screwed with power settings (known problem with that card unfortunately, didn't find out until after tho)
But basically you're assuming it's a healthy card, in a not dusty environment. There are other factors that lead me to believe I'll burn it up if I try to run it too hard, I will list some of them for you now.
1. Its a hand me down card with a lot of hours, it's worn out.
2. This is a small, poorly ventilated room that regularly gets too hot. (Perks of being unable to afford to move)
3. The furnace blows cellulose dust because the way they built this house is crappy, thus no amount of cleaning, even weekly, is going to keep it free of being dust clogged.
4. I've already had problems with the card, but it was a fast and dirty swap replacement for the 380x until I can afford to upgrade. (Which when I upgrade im going to do a whole new rig, this one is a frankenstein)
So while yes, normally I wouldn't worry about the card burning up if it was a healthy 1060, in a well ventilated and less dusty environment, however this one is not. You know what they say about assumptions.
60 fps on fsr2 ultra settings 1080p
your 1070 is at least 50% stronger card
the game is just jerky unstable on native ultra settings recomment high you wont see a diffrence
leads to unpleasant gameing or even a damaged card.
depending on results ya regulate powerusage at max 100% or below and temperature in a well working state untill specs are back into a healty state.
