exterior paneling?

Help. I think I'm missing something, but cannot figure out how to replace the exterior paneling? Can't paint it as it just turns to a solid color. Can't add wood paneling, as then it's just solid wood, not individual panels. Can someone help? Thanks!

Use your flipper tool to edit the wood boxes on the ground or copy the tile and buy from store. You will get the exact one.

Thanks! I found the ones that look like lap siding - the choice. I feel ridiculous. I worked on that for SO long!

lol don't feel bad when I started to demolish walls I didn't realize I could do more then a brick at a time.. took me almost a half hour to tear down my first wall... then I realized... felt like an idiot... I love it now! The demolish is so much better in this version!

Pick which wood style you like and then you can edit the panel. For more realistic outside paneling I would choose the one with the horizontal stripes pattern and then change the pattern size to 3.

Since it seems we still can't paint wood paneling a different color (to be used as exterior paneling), I use stone as panels.
Go to Surface Finish/Raw Materials/Raw Stone Tiles
Set the cut pattern you want, then set cut pattern size to 3.
Then, choose the color you want to use.

If you choose one of the Custom Colour wood options, you can change the colour
