Too many items not available in the store

I was just working on the parents house (I know I can't sell it, I still want it to look neat) when I noticed that I can't buy the pillars out front, I can't buy the column that's in the kitchen, I can't buy the angled parts from the staircase and so on and so forth.

I really like the game, I really do. But I feel that these parts desperately need to be in base game. Either in the store or under the building tool. It's not like these parts are just some random fluff, they are quite important to the building and having the option to replace them would be nice.
It would also be nice to have a function to buy and place railings separately and not just attached to stairs.

Again, I really like the game, I just feel that this would be a feature that would really help some players out who are very particular about how their house should look (Like me). (Having a resize option for stuff like Carpets would also be cool)

True! They literally removed Items from the store so we can't use them....
Bought the Blue Bungalow and it also have different column but this time i didn't remove to, i change the style but i would like to see them in the store in different types!

It's going to be unneccesary DLC so we have to buy it later.

There's a multi colored ceramic tile ive been trying to get. It's in the garage on the More than a Trailer house. You can copy it and it shows it has a cut that's not available to pick. Also can't seem to adjust the length of hanging lights.

This is really annoying, there's a LOT of things missing that are in the sandbox mode

I would love to see a workshop too. But I don't think we will see it soon. Maybe after 3 or 5 DLCs. So I will stop spending my time in HF2 because I realy love the Community-Items.
