Yeah, I spent my first 8 hours of play making money and redecorating the original house wanting to sell it....and you can't. So....learn from my pain lol.

Yeah I did the same thing lol. And redid the whole house just to be big sad when I couldn't sell it after buying the second house.

Yes 😅 there's a notification that pops up that says you can't sell your parents' house because they technically still own it.
