SOLVED! Can't seem to auction off first flipped house! Help!

I just bought a house to flip and sell as guided to in-game by the character Tom Marino, however now I've finished flipping the house (apart from the awful gaps in the pavement out the front of the house, which I couldn't see a way of fixing), I can't figure out how to put it on the market for sale.

Please can someone explain how to do this?

Do you mean the house in the email task? You just shift+enter to complete the job as normal.

If it's a house you've bought and flipped, there's an "auction" button in the tablet/tab menu, but no way of seeing what buyers like & dislike :/

It's a house I have bought to sell, and see no way of auctioning it.

The right-most tab for me on the laptop and tablet are both 'Houses', but it simply lists the houses I own, and I see no way of selling them. It only gives me options to 'Move Home Office Here' or 'Go To House'.

Where is the auction button on your tablet??

I've only purchased a house myself recently, but not finished it to sell. I think if you go to the house then check the tablet i think the auction part shows up. I don't think you can auction places when not being on the lot.

Thank you everyone for your suggestions. I have figured it out now!
It was of course user error.

I just didn't recognise the house that came up in the auction picture as the one I was trying to sell.

I still cant sell lavender house, and nor my family home.. i fixed both up yet get no option to sell them.. annoying.

It was a lot easier to flip houses in the HF1, this seems to be a lot more difficult. I've purchased three properties and yet to be able to sell any of them.

You need to reach a certain point in the story it will only unlock. Did the autistic guy call you and tell you about buying and selling cheap houses?
