For now - it is for the release - all the tools regarding gardening / editing the area around your house are going to be available in the base game.
We've prepared a variety of plants, plant pots, and a bunch of other nature decor, as well as mechanics like land sculpting, land painting, editing grass, creating holes in the land, and changing the border of your plot.
You will be able to use all that in the Sandbox Mode, and most of it in the Story Mode as well.
We would surely love to hear your opinion on these gardening features once the game comes out, as well as listen to your expectations regarding this aspect.
The release is just the beginning, so let me know what else you would like to see in House Flipper 2!
