[PSA] Help me create a complete bug list, this is what I've got so far:
EDIT: 13/06/2020 update with a lot of new bugs.

Hello! I'm trying to do a complete bug list, maybe Platinum will read this one day...
Those are the one that I've got and remember combined to other bugs signaled by the Wonderful 101 community.
If you have any other bug to report tell me in the comments and I'll update the list.
I’ve divided the bugs in three categories: “Technical Issues”, “Gameplay Issues” and “Visual Issues”

---Technical Issues---

- The game is capped at 59fps and goes worse the more you play. The only solution right now is to use the Silent Patch (the issue is explained very well in the link below):
https://cookieplmonster.github.io/2020/05/16/silentpatch-wonderful-101/

- On resolutions higher than 1080p the game has various camera bugs (like the one on the first boss of Operation 001-C) and effects misbehavior (like the depth of field and targeting crosshair).

- Ultrawide resolutions doesn’t work: https://postimg.cc/kRM3Y7pY

- The game crash on desktop when you retry a lot of times from the latest checkpoint. The crashes happen especially if you fail and try again a Kahkoo-Regah challenge.

- The game can crash on desktop during the credits on any difficulty, but especially on 101% Hard.

- Sometime the game can’t be seen running on the Windows 10 Application Bar if you go on Desktop (like by pressing Alt+Tab).

- All of the three camera options have the X and Y axis options swapped. I mean that when you change the “X axis” orientation the game change the “Y axis” orientation instead and viceversa.

- If you manage to get a bottlecap that unlock a secret character during a gameplay segment in which someone talks while you play (eg: Blue telling you about Vijounne in 004-B, Shirogane telling you about Vorkken breaking out in 008-A), the game hangs for a while and then crashes.

- When you are pressing the "Alt" key during draw mode with mouse, there are some circumstance that right after you draw the shape, the weapon will be automatically summoned without pressing the unite morph button.

This is how you trigger this bug:
1) You draw the shape, but quit draw mode without actually summon the weapon. Let's name the shape you draw as "A Shape"
2) You press "Alt" key again
3) You can use unite morph to summon the “A Shape” weapon or use cancel button to cancel the “A Shape”
4) Whatever you choose your move, the next shape you draw (“B Shape”) will be automatically summoned, without you press the unite morph button

Video of the bug:
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=TkEtUZRQr1A

- On Operation 004-A (Mission 5) can happen that you get stuck on a black screen right before Wonder-White cutscene get triggered (you have to kill the game with Alt+F4).

- On Operation 005-C it can happen that almost no sound effects can be heard during this escape scene: https://postimg.cc/zbk7VXJd

- On Operation 007-B (101% Hard mode) can happen that the game crash prior to the results screen. It only happen on the hardest difficulty (101% Hard), no issues on other difficulties. For some users this can’t be solved and it prevent to finish the game at this difficulty.

- On Operation 009-C you can hear the music in “radio style” during gameplay in the same way you hear it when you are in the pause menu. The only way to solve it seems to go in the pause menu and go back in game. Maybe the bug is triggered by skipping the cutscenes.

---Gameplay Issues---

- Sometimes Team Unite Morphs (the one that you create with Y button -Xbox One controller configuration-) doesn't trigger and the summoned weapon get stuck on the character: https://postimg.cc/GBFJ5hsc

- Gedie Dough Goo (the spiky big robots) ignore hero time and bomb slow down effects after you rip off one of their armor pieces. They also misbehave when doing air combos: If you send a multi-unite hero to continue air juggles, they'll immediately warp to the floor.

- Sometimes the hook you trigger with Wonder-Pink miss the target and you can have an “armor rip-off” animation instead: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=upmVja8thao

- If you have a secret character selected like Poseman or Wonder-Future, the game will select Red instead after a cutscene, a checkpoint restart or exit a Kahkoo-Regah.
Here you can see how Wonder-Future is selected but still the game force a switch to Red: https://postimg.cc/1fjfzfxy
Here a video with Poseman selected and the game forcing to use Red instead:
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=O_0UznUoxVA

- Sometimes the You-Hough (little floating ufo) AI stop working and they just stay on the air without doing anything: https://postimg.cc/xX5NFkH2

- If you keep your score active the entire time without dropping it and an event begins (likely a QTE section) before your score is registered, you will lose the points you were earning before once the event finish.
Here you can see a clip of the issue (he earns only 1 point at the end of the QTE): https://clips.twitch.tv/ZanySuaveBunnyThisIsSparta

- Sometime there are rare moments where you are able to draw a shape after getting hit and it cancel the falling animation.

- Multiplayer is currently screwed if you play with more than one player. If two or more players start to air combo an enemy, the camera will push them off into a corner.
Coop combos are hard to do as a result. Video example in the link below:
https://twitter.com/SetnaroX/status/1261870256789893127

- On the Prologue (Mission 5 - Hard / 101% Hard) the big scorpion (Dahkarts) can fell in this hole multiple times: https://postimg.cc/DWfqgxKP

- On Operation 001-A, after you complete the Kahkoo-Regah, if you lower the bridge and retry, the next time you walk on the bridge the team is on a falling state while standing on the bridge. If you get hurt while this is active you get knocked down for a while, almost softlocking:
https://www.youtube.com/watch?&v=Qn-jSxvsh6o
Another way to cause this bug it to lower the bridge, then complete the Kahkoo-Regah and then enter the bridge. At that point you start the fight and get stuck on it:
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=GwORVV-qs5A

- On Operation 001-B you can skip mission 7 and get stuck if you do KR after Mission 6.
Another similar bug is that after the Kahkoo Regah, the game will tell that the player is on Mission 6, after that the Mission 8 will not activate at all. You have to restart the operation to fix the problem. Clip of the bug in the link below:
https://clips.twitch.tv/MushySneakyOrcaBibleThump

- On Operation 003-A, if you go to the right of the Kahkoo-Regah portal ( https://postimg.cc/Sjr1KVRy ), you get stuck on this camera position of the previous area ( https://postimg.cc/Yv4dbH39 ) and you have to restart from the latest checkpoint to proceed.

- On Operation 003-A (Mission 4) can happen that the You-Hough (little floating ufos) spawn under the breakable floor and you can only use the Unite Tombstone ability to kill them and complete the mission: https://postimg.cc/xc01T9J6

- On Operation 003-B (Mission 2 - Hard mode) can happen that you get stuck in the arena and can’t proceed after killing all enemies: https://postimg.cc/bGp2d0sh

- On Operation 003-B can happen that you get stuck on this section as soon you complete the Mission 2: https://postimg.cc/5HtQcxqF
You have to jump down from the plane and respawn to let the game continue working.

- On Operation 003-C, the Orgon enemy can move to the other side of the fence where you can’t reach it. At that point or it get stuck on the far right of the screen ( https://postimg.cc/yJsdH1hy ) and never come back, or in the best case scenario he spawn back to the player position: https://postimg.cc/JtGhmdXv

- On Operation 005-A (Mission 3) can happen that the last cube of the Koh-Tumeekey is invisible and you can’t complete the fight.

- On Operation 007-A (Secret Mission 7) can happen that once you kill the Nyerk, he spawn again with one inch of health and you have to kill him again: https://postimg.cc/CdkVymVH

- On Operation 008-B (Mission 1) can happen that when entering the baseball stadium for the tank mission, the prompt never appears, spikes aren't falling and you can't unite build. You have to restart the operation to fix the problem.

- On Operation 008-B (Mission 2) can happen that if you ignore the Diedough-Goo that spawn on the climbable wall, he will keep attacking and shooting you during Mission 2: https://postimg.cc/34WD7nXB

- On Operation 009-B (Kahkoo Regah 17 Hard / 101% Hard), can happen that the Die-Rixen start to jump all over the place in the arena ( https://postimg.cc/QF6PVMLq ) when it should stay on the center of the arena and go back and forward.

- On Operation 009-B (Mission 4) is extremely hard and twitchy to control the boomerang. Maybe isn’t a bug but it would be much better to have analog controls instead of digital in this section:
https://postimg.cc/BPPkMxKM

- On Operation 009-B, during this phase of the boss fight, can happen that the boss start moving OVER the arena when it should stay around the arena. This odd behavior make it hard to hit him:
https://postimg.cc/H8QRL4HJ

- On the Epilogue (Mission 4) can happen that, if you remove the armor to the Gedie Dough Goo (the spiky big robots) and he fell out of the bus during combat (like while juggling him in the air), after that he will spawn back on the bus with the armor.
You can see him being in “rage” mode (he had few health left before falling out of the bus) while having the armor on in this screen: https://postimg.cc/sB3JLV5S

- On the Epilogue (Mission 5) can happen that the Gedie Dough Goo (the spiky big robots) keep spawning even after killing him ( https://postimg.cc/Thp5y3Yp ). I had to kill him three times to move on in this case.

- On the Epilogue (Credits) the time requirements for get Pure Platinum on Credits fights are extremely low, much lower than the original WiiU version and it’s almost impossible to get a Pure Platinum time on some of this sections (especially on harder difficulties).

- On Epilogue (Credits) during the escape from the robot and the lava, if you are holding the wonderliner before the scene start, the game will slow the time thinking you are trying to draw a wonder line.

---Visual Issues---

- Sometimes no visual effects appear when you trigger the Hero Time (like the clock at the center of the screen) but the time still get slowed down.

- Sometimes the model of the wonder hero is invisible: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=m6lNnoenTMA

- On Operation 001-A, after you complete the Kahkoo-Regah, if you go back where Mission 8 has taken place you can see a floating text sign in the air: https://postimg.cc/21GWVnBb

- On Operation 005-C, once you land on the big robot arm and you have to open the mouth with Wonder-White, the color of the button prompt circle is the same as the selected character and not white how it should be.
Example with Wonder-Black: https://postimg.cc/XrVWkFmK
Example with Wonder-Red: https://postimg.cc/4KxYbBSg

- On Operation 007-B, using the Attack Liner on Vaaiki will trigger a pink effect on full screen that doesn’t let you see what’s happening: https://postimg.cc/xNnDMF6G

- On Operation 007-B it can manifest a visual bug on one of the latest cutscenes of the chapter where Chewgi isn't positioned properly and the Wonderful Team models are swapped with Chewgi soldiers: https://postimg.cc/0r8Zhmfh
This is how it's supposed to look like: https://postimg.cc/GBrvjcfv

- On Operation 007-B can happen that the missiles lock-on hud can get stuck on Vaaiki boss during one of the latest cutscenes: https://postimg.cc/rzFXPx4P

- On Operation 007-B, once you enter the green bubble of the boss and you exit, the hud will be bugged and will show both the battery meter then the missiles bar of the ship: https://postimg.cc/7fYMJ1k8
The same bug happen even if you die and continue prior to enter the bubble and It will stay like that even during the escape scene: https://postimg.cc/Q93c81bz

- On Operation 009-A (Mission 1), if you die during this shooting section, once you respawn the hud will be bugged and will show the battery meter under the missiles bar: https://postimg.cc/9R2NnwyC

- On Operation 009-B (Mission 1), if you die during this shooting section, once you respawn the hud will be bugged and will show the battery meter under the missiles bar: https://postimg.cc/TLcHM2cm

- On Operation 009-B (Mission 1) can happen that the crosshair tied to the right analog stick disappear and It’s almost impossible to aim and shoot missiles correctly: https://postimg.cc/rdPvZwQp

Doing gods work, I'd also add:
Operation 003-A - No.077 Wonder-Movie not appearing in the gas hallway sometimes unless the player retries the segment from the pause menu

Two Bugs I encountered:
- Using KB+M controls, I could not get past the "Thank You For Playing" post-credits screen. No buttons did anything. To fix it, I had to plug in a controller to my computer and press a button from there.

I was looking up some of the Voice Actors on my other monitor while the credits were rolling, unsure if that caused the bug or not.

[Edit: - Second one was not a bug, just a really weird feature as explained below]

- During my first day of playing, I opened the steam overlay to try to research the game a bit. When I closed the overlay, I saw the game had opened a "PAUSE" screen, but different than the normal pause button; rather the entire screen was green with only the word "PAUSE" in the center.
No KB+M buttons unpaused the game. Pressing and even holding the Pause button didn't unpause the game.
Since this was my first time playing, I didn't think to plug in a controller, so that remains untested. I was forced to hard-close the game.
This pause screen is activated when you press the pause button and second screen button at the same time. You need to press both again on keyboard to unpause it.

Tested and you are correct. Not sure why this is a feature, especially one that happens when you open the steam overlay.
Who's going to press the Tab and Pause button at the same time? Why have it make a unique pause screen when the Pause button works by itself?

This is a unique pause screen that was carried over from the Wii U version. Because the game utilized touch screen support with the gamepad, there was a likely chance players could accidentally hit the pause button when drawing on the screen, so PG made it where pausing the game had a delay (you needed to hold the plus button for just a millisecond longer than usual to trigger the pause menu), however if you needed to instantly pause the game, you simply press BOTH the plus and minus buttons since they're pretty close together on the gamepad. For this version of the game, they removed the pause delay but kept the unique pause screen just because it's the one place where you can hear Nelson's unique messages relating to the player pausing the game, although they did update the game to have those messages in the regular pause screen if you wait there for a few minutes.

I have the same issue in Operation 007-B boss fight Vaaiki keeps crashing at the end of the fight. It was crashing in normal mode but I was in windowed / bordeless. Switching to fullscreen worked. But on hard mode it doesn't work anymore therefore I can't complete my run ! No mods were installed.

I am having an issue now in relation to bottlecaps unlocking secret characters. This is different from the one listed above in the OP, it happens regardless of whether I'm in a scene in which a character is talking. A workaround I found in another post is to pause the game after getting the last bottlecap but before the secret character unlock screen appears. This worked, but its a consistent bug that happens whenever I unlock a secret character, and the pause workaround doesn't seem to be 100% reliable.

There's this bizarre bug I've encountered in specific areas of the game, where whenever I try to morph the morph comes out upside down and I get "stuck" and can't attack, for a lack of a better word. I checked the switch version too and it happens in the same areas, has anyone else run into this?

I don't remember the specifics because it's been a while since I last saw it but I'm pretty sure it happened when I tried to morph directly into an uppercut, which made the leader get stuck like I mentioned and slowly float upward until I cancelled the morph and wiggled out of it
