Lol thats not the reason you pay 60$ for online services. You are just paying for the right to connect to online at all. Its just that the console platform doesn't have the operating system to support proper cheats. Its inferiority as a platform has a side effect of way less cheating, although cheating still does exist on console. Its just less common.
