Mouse and keyboard support

I don't own a controller. I don't want to buy a controller. What's the ETA on Keyboard and mouse support?

Not every game has to have keyboard and mouse support, and that's okay. OlliOlli World has you do fighting-game-style motion inputs on the left thumbstick to perform tricks and uses the right thumbstick for grabs. You have the trigger buttons for spinning in the air. Then you have A for pushing, X for changing paths, and B for late tricks. Such a control scheme is impossible to implement using a keyboard and mouse.

You can't play MOBAs or RTS games on a gamepad, but do you see people complaining? Like I said earlier, not every game has to include support for every control input method, and that's okay.

Nonsense. The game should have proper keyboard support...or it should stay on consoles.

I'm sorry did a game just tell me that I have to use the controller, I'm disabled… I literally can't use a controller. It's a good thing I got the game for free although, if I would've known you had use a controller I would've given it to somebody who could actually play it, now I own a useless game on my library.

Idk if it helps, but I think there are some apps for the phone that emulate a controller

Hear me out!!! I found a program to emulate an Xbox controller with a keyboard!! It’s called Keyboard Splitter and it’s open-source, you just have to download it, at first it can be difficult to get the hang of the buttons but with practice you can manage pretty well :3 hope it helps

It seems ridiculous to have to buy a controller for just one game. Not everyone has one. It's arrogant to think that because you don't need it, no one else does. You can't even exist or esc out of the game.

Not everybody has a PC to play RTSes or MOBAs, yet I don't see complaints regarding these genres not being able to be played on a gamepad. Stop crying!

Not all games need to support Mouse and Keyboards just as not every game needs to support a controller. If a dev thinks implementing M&K support will hurt the game they are free to do so. If that isn't okay with you, don't buy the game. It is clearly stated on the store page that it doesn't support M&K.

Apologies, but there are no plans to add M&K support to the game currently.

Not sure if it would work on this game but the Xbox Adaptive Controller works on Windows. You can plug all sorts of switches into it.

apparently the devs dont know how fighting games would function on a M&K since this is somehow more complicated than that entire genre.

Terrible argument. There are RTS and MOBA games on console it's just a google search away which you didn't bother to do. You don't get to tell people to "stop crying" when they can't play a game that was sold on a PC that primarily uses M&K. And comparing this game to MOBAs and RTS makes no sense since it would be very easy to make this game playable on M&K
