Buyable engines

It would be nice to be able to buy engines pre-built. I mean, I love the game, but building each engine over and over has gotten a bit boring in past 5 years (started in CMS18). Of course there's ways to buy cars built with engine you're looking for, but those cost a bit too much for "just" the engine. I'm just wondering if from develpoers' point of view, it would be possible to make it happen? And of course, it would be interesting to hear the rest of ya'll comments and views as well.

The TK Basics mod adds a crate engine shop if you are willing to use a 3rd party launcher.

Same for me but sadly its a necessity for this version of the game if you want game type mods.

Since TK Basics required the MelonLoader, can you share any tips and tricks with it? Such as how the hell do I open a game with it? Yes, I am THAT stupid.

I open the game the same as I always have.... I click on the CMS 2021 desktop Icon. I get a melonloader screen first, then a few seconds later I get the games loading screen. The only real difference is it take a bit longer to load since I use the qol mod feature that adds cars to the parking lot.

Just like Grim said you just use the normal shortcut or hit play in steam like normal.

In that case, I must've made a mistake installing the MelonLoader... Because I checked my in-game shop, and the engine crate shop (or whatever it's called) wasn't there. Ah well... I might just try again tomorrow, am too tired right now.

You open the tablet or PC and hit the z key to change the mode to the different shops.
