I just separated parts and now I can't put them back together

It just keeps saying I don't have the necessary parts and this is so frustrating I don't understand what is wrong.

If you are talking shocks, need to be put together on spring puller, if talking wheels they need to be balanced first.

Wheels, but I can't add wheels on the balance machine without putting the tires on them. When I separated the tires from the wheels I wanna put them back together I just can't.

Fit tire on one machine then balance on the other.
Not that I've ever tried red condition, that shouldn't matter, I've fitted and balanced low condition tire no problem. I think you've just missed a step.

That's the thing. Maybe I missed a step but I am pretty sure I didn't. I separated a wheel and a tire from each other and went again to combine both SAME tire and wheel and it said I am missing an item.

Well there is only two items, next step would be restart game to rule out glitches. May need to validate files.

I just tried separating, refitting and balancing some red health tires and rims, had no problem went back on car.
If not just a glitch fixed by restart, I think you have mixed up tire/rim sizes in personal inventory.

It is on No, flipped to Yes and tried again same result.

If it happens i usually buy new parts and use those.

For me, the balancing machine sometimes also fails to recognize I have an assembled wheel in my INV.
When that happens, I separate and re-assemble it on the fitting machine and then it recognizes the wheel.
