Tight on creds

so I messed up by taking a story order which ended up taking more than 5K credits to fix and most of my Job orders are mostly high rating (more than one problem and expensive parts)

is there still a way to salvage this save? (im juggling between jobs and getting by around 1K-1.7K)

Sell some parts off one job use the money to do a few other jobs, when flush finish first job. There is no penalty or time limit.
A couple of the high ticket items like gearbox should be enough, you could even hit the junkyard if you have repair up and running, to find the replacements parts to save a bit on the re-buy.
Make sure you read the job descriptions so you don't bite off more than you can chew while recouping the funds.

Another way would be to DL "QoL" and "Melon Loader" mods from Nexus Mods and use the De-bug menu to cheat some extra cash.

"Cheat codes" are only for starting a new game and won't help current save, nor will work in "Expert mode", may as well just play in sandbox.

You can do a non-story job, fix as much as you can, and you get paid for what you fixed.
