Increase tuning

I accepted a story mission and one of the task is to increase tuning off the car by 10-15%, but I've tried upgrading parts to increase the horsepower but i still cant finish the car i don't know what to do any help?

Just buy and replace engine parts from tuning shop.

Q: Why i am not able to finish job with tuning car?
A: In your to do list you have specyfi the range of tuning what is requied. For example 10 to 15% you can finish the job only when tuning parts in summary have 10 to max 15% upgrade. Parts can be found in tuning shop. Best way to get 10 % is change entire exhaust system and spark plugs.

On some cars you can hit that range with just the exhaust.

Sometimes, it seems like the game checks if you've actually confirmed this percentage on the Dyno.

If you don't have the Dyno, I advise you to not take tuning jobs.

Dont overtune it. You have to tune it 10 to maximum 15%. not more not less.

you wont believe. I spent like 10k thinking that it wasnt enough with an engine swap till i looked here and saw that need a dyno. i hate myself and this game sometimes.

Thing is you don't need the dyno for customer tuning. All it's going to do is give the readout; you can't even actually custom tune cars you dont own. You can plot the percentages out easily enough in your head or quick math on Notepad. just add up the percentages.

I've done Tuning swaps right in the front parking lot without even putting the car on a lift. 4% here, 2% there, spark plugs and performance air filters... bam.
