A: In your to do list you have specyfi the range of tuning what is requied. For example 10 to 15% you can finish the job only when tuning parts in summary have 10 to max 15% upgrade. Parts can be found in tuning shop. Best way to get 10 % is change entire exhaust system and spark plugs.
On some cars you can hit that range with just the exhaust.
Sometimes, it seems like the game checks if you've actually confirmed this percentage on the Dyno.
If you don't have the Dyno, I advise you to not take tuning jobs.

I've done Tuning swaps right in the front parking lot without even putting the car on a lift. 4% here, 2% there, spark plugs and performance air filters... bam.
