I need help in a mission

I've got stuck on a story mission that all I need is to increase 10 or 15% of power but I don't know what to do

You need the dymo machine and use the special parts shop to improve performance. 10 - 15% isn't a lot so don't go too crazy with the upgrades.

Go to dyno and do a power test then you will have a start point then best to do is get all gear box parts form the tuned shop . then if not enough always go back to the tune shop . hope this helps

In the upgrades section on the garage bit its there, it takes 10k to build.

ok but it turns out that I have not unlocked the place where the power is measured because it is worth 20000 cr and I do not get it

Can U do this mission without the dyno by replacing parts slowly until the objective is marked as complete or do U need to actually record the performance boost on a dyno.

Don't have the 20k to unlock dyno right now.

Dyno definitively not required.
Just select parts in tuning shop and do the math to reach the required improvement.

Ok its a story job? I done this without dyno. You must buy stuff from tuning shop and add value for ex spark plug give you 0.13 % tunne upgrade other part like air filter give 1,6% you need add parts that give you in Total between 10 and 15% i personaly swap entire exhaust system to do this Quick ;)

Correct, you don't need the dyno. The easiest performance boosters are exhaust and ignition stuff. You will want to math it out when you buy parts. The parts saying the percentage they give. If engine is worn, you might need a bit more, so best to start with a nominal percentage, then add a bit more if not enough.

I couldn't get this story job to work. I even saved up for the dyno figuring i needed it. I have 24% tuning now and it still wont check the box. Is this bugged for some people?

You need to have between 10-15 % not less not more just start dismantle part one by one and check when the tunne repair show as complete then put in normal parts and finish job

you need to have it inside the range they specified, so remove some of the parts you put on and replace them with regular parts.

Yup, what above says. Must be in the range. If too high, wont accept it.
