where can i find where i can put clips B on a bolt cargo

That would likely be the ignition distributor. the one with all the sparkplug cables attached to it.

front of the car, the part between the headlights and windscreen is the bonnet/hood.
what you're looking for to put on the clips is the distributor, the air filter should be a standard "Round Air Filter (2 carb)"
