Unable to Repair Parts
I have the skills and upgrades to repair body parts. Whenever I go to one of the Repair Tables (Body), with damaged parts in my inventory, it pops up a message that says "You don't have the necessary parts."

Is this its way of telling me I can't repair the ones I have?

This seems useless to me... that I can't repair any and all parts or body components that are damaged.

Am I missing something that lets me know how to tell which ones are repairable and which aren't?

There is a cap that make parts unreparable if it's too damaged.
Not sure how low is this cap, I think it's below 15%.
Some body parts can't be repair too - Lights, Glasses, Licence Plates maybe more...
If the condition is 15% or below you can't repair it from my knowledge.

Windows, figured this out after customizing my Mustang :(

So it's a combination of a damage cap and the type of item? I can understand not being to repair glass... but that's a body component. I'm talking about parts.

Yes, parts cannot be under 15% to repair them.
Additionally, you cannot repair plates, glass, lights and such things like air filters, rubber bushings, belts, idle rollers...For the most part just think "Is it a one use and throw away part, or could I repair this in real life?"

you can only repair body parts on the body parts table. mechanical parts have to be repaired on a mechanical repair bench. brakes have to be done on the brake lathe.

Brake DISKS can be repaired on the lathe. Calipers are repaired on the workbench and pads cannot be repaired at all.

I have found that there is still some sense of chance with what you would consider repairable parts. I got a 21% engine block, and it wasn't in the repair list, when I tried to repair it.
Unless it is not possible to repair upgraded item?

how high is your repair skill?
did you unlocked all skills or just one or two lvl in?

max skill, although that wouldn`t mattter really, as anything that can be repaired in other groups, where you don`t have the skill, show at the end grey out.

It would be helpful if certain parts are flagged as repairable, so I don't have to keep running to the workbench to see.

Small pet peeve.
