Agree. The fuel filter is not in the fuel tank. I have said that every mechanic has handbooks - even if on the computer now-a-days. That is missing in this game, because various play-styles were not considered.

Go into your task list, click the star for everything, and all the parts you need to deal with will have a blue outline.
