salvaging stuff

what do u do with the salvaging that u get when u get the crate? the blue number i know is for that but what do u do with it?

Up grade parts, for small performance gain on performance parts, or a small increase in value. The three stars on the part.
IMO it's not worth the time or effort.
Need to open Salvage shed to use.
Takes about 7k to just upgrade all performance parts for a 2-3% gain and about 25k do do a complete car for about 3% value gain.

yea im halfway through just my engine on a supra and i have gone through over 4k probably. but my goal is to do a COMPLETE 3 star car. just gives me something to do really.

Did a 17 million credit McLaren, 27k points, really underwhelmed by the increase, took about 40 builds worth of scrap. Sure it was about 500k extra on that but on a car worth less than 300k, you make more money just selling the scrap from 40 builds. Scraping adds another 10-15mins to each build, and you really have to stay on top of it, jobs not done until the pockets are empty. That 15mins could be worth a million in the Junkyard.
I still give the odd car the 3 star treatment, just for the feels but only for the special little Princess's. Only from chests.
