Idler Roller A missing

i am a new player and i just finished working on the green mini cooper but every time i go to return it to the customer it says idler roller a is missing, i made sure that the part was brand new, took it out and back in again about six times, made sure everything was done on the checklist and still it says idler roller a is missing. Help would be well appreciated.

Is there more than one idler roller A & it's a different one that needs replacing.
If you click on the entry in the list of parts that need replacing the star should go blue & the one that needs replacing should then be highlighted when you got to work on the car.

When you have the game on install mode anything missing will show a white ghost outline pattern of the missing part , So maybe try & Have it on install mode & look around on the engine for a white ghost pattern of the part , If it's missing a part you should see the shadow & Where is go's .
