There are problems with following assets
Long story short, I used to have melon loader installed for QoL mod, but suddenly the mod wasnt loading the game, so i unistalled it and now the game anytime I launch it, it give me this error There are problems with following assets and it doesnt load any cars in my garage or outside. I saw some other discussion here on steam, but the advice was to buy the missing DLCs but I have nearly all of them bought and I could see all of the cars few days before. I tried to play the game on my other PC, but it didnt work there either. When uninstalling melon loader and QoL mod, I also uninstalled the game in my Appdata local file, so I dont know if I messed it up there. Any advice for my problem will be appreciated.

So, melonloader adds some data into your users folder also. And, it sets some values in Windows registry for running the game(s) that it had been associated with. So, once you've installed melonloader and used it to run some games, you'd need to re-configure melonloader to NOT be used with those games... if you didn't want to use it anymore. Problem is, you may not have figured out how to do that and / or uninstalled melonloader. Unfortunately, those registry values still get left in the system. You'd need to run through your pc directories having 'view options' set to 'show hidden folders / files' as you do so and then manually delete all the folders / files you had previously uninstalled. Then do a restart and use a registry cleaning app (or manually go through registry) to remove all those left behind registry values for CMS, MelonLoader, etc... Then restart system again, re-check registry, rinse + repeat till you've got a clean registry and done a clean restart.

Afterward, install game, right click it in steam library, be sure cloud sync is off, go to 'DLC' section and be sure all dlc are check marked (if not, do so) then go to '...files' section and do the file verification. Try launching and playing game. If it's working correctly, exit, copy your 'Profile' save folder back to users save location (assuming ofc that you made a backup of it) and test game again.

Side note* There's a good chance that for some reason MelonLoader was set to it's defaults and chose to download / install the latest version of MelonLoader--which lead to the whole problem in the first place. The game's mods do NOT work with newer versions of MelonLoader--which is why you have to change it's settings and manually choose which version is intalled... the 0.5.7 version. You may have been able (maybe still can?) to run MelonLoader and revert the version back to the desired 0.5.7 one. At that point, the game may work (along with the mods) as it should. Just something else to consider.
