Crashing

When I launch the game and it's loading into the save it crashes ,and I restart my computer then it works then it crashes when I leave the auctions.

Sounds like corruption or mod conflicts. Open the game properties by right clicking it in your steam library. First off, disable that 'Cloud Sync' as it's been fairly problematic in the past versions of this game--also been reported in this version. Then go to the local files tab and do the 'verify files' option. Once that's done, try running the game again. If you get in and things seem ok while in your shop, right click, choose gear icon and then the save (data disk icon) to save the game. Next, hit escape key, choose save, then exit the game. This will help ensure your save files--both primary and backup--are current and saved in a working state... theoretically. Launch game again and play test.

I have got the game to work but whenever I bring a car to the garage the game closes. The game was working just fine the day before the issues ,and I haven't installed any mods.

What type PC you playing on? Linux, Mac, Windows, PC or Laptop? System basic specs? Had you tried making a backup of your 'Profile(s)' folders (in your user folders) and doing a complete wipe + clean install?

I am running low on graphics memory ,so I lowered the graphics and it works now

Well, at least you sorted it out. To avoid further issues, you probably should make some manual backups of your save files (Profile(s) Folder) every once in a while. And, should limit how long you play in one session by closing the game out (completely) then, relaunch the game to continue playing. That should ensure a flush of the gpu memory often enough to limit overruns of gpu memory. Side note, I highly recommend disabling 'cloud sync' for this game if you hadn't already.
