Not all DLC cars in Ssndbox
Is it normal that not all DLC cars are Spawning in Sandbox mode.
Thanks in advance for the answer.

The 'spawning' of cars is random. So, you may not see some cars spawn right away. May take a while before they do. It's up to the RNG gods... you'll get lucky... eventually. I'd just check your game properties and be sure the dlc did in fact install.

How to Check that. My Problem is, I just saw that the most DLC cars are not showing in the carsaloon but in the showroom. Isn't that showing that they are just not loading in Sand box?

In setting, check "make available everywhere" and they will show in Salon. Normally older cars would not be available to buy new.

If still not seeing them, manage my DLC on steam page to confirm they have loaded correctly and validate files.
If all show up in Salon, then it will just be a matter of RNG before they turn up at Auction, Barn or Junkyard

I have set that Seetting and it just doesn't show up, not even in the Shop where You can buy body parts for the Cars. Also in Steam they are showing as loaded.

Unaware of any reason why they would intentionally not have them available in sandbox.

So If all are visible in "showroom" which is outside of game but not in "Salon" when in game and no parts available in store, manage DLC has them "installed" and if you've done the validate of files, then the last thing to try is load a new game save in easy or normal to see if they are available there, if they are you can conclude it's intentional, if not there then contact customer support.

I decided I'll try for myself, loaded sandbox and all DLC is available.
You haven't stated that you've validated files. do so, or reinstall game.

In steam, Right click the game and choose 'properties.' In this window is multiple tab options down left hand side... one of which should be 'DLC.' Select that tab and you should see a list of the dlc you purchased. They should all have a box with a check mark next to each dlc. This means they're installed. However, sometimes steam doesn't complete the download / install of dlc correctly. If that's the case, you can un-check the box next to dlc in question. Then close steam and restart it. Again, open the game properties and go to that dlc list. Now, check the box next to the dlc. Next, go to the 'local files' tab and do the 'verify files' option... after steam finished downloading the dlc. This should confirm steam successfully installed the dlc and all files are validated. Launch game and test.
