You could make it even slipperier with cheaper tires, however the vintage race looks like they give the right balance of control as well.
In the workshop there's a city map, built for drifting.
If you want really high torque, try a car with the V8 TRS, that thing drifts with slicks with out tuning, use standard tires and it's burnout time.
