The Mods are working perfectly with the new DLC BMW added.
Just depends which mods they are using. It's up to the mod authors to update their mods for patches. But, then the user needs to be sure their mods are getting updated on their end too. Sometimes that requires uninstalling the mod and then re-installing it again.
@Hash Bringer
To best of my knowledge, the QoL mod is on Nexus... meaning you manually install that mod so, you may need to uninstall it and then go re-download the latest version to re-install off of Nexus. Not sure if the QoL mod has an auto-update option but, don't remember there being that option. Take with grain of salt cuz I got ol' man memory, lol.
Are you using MelonLoader 0.5.7? Are they in the right folder/path?
Sounds like you possibly picked the wrong version of Melon Loader... which will cause problems. Be sure it's the 5.7 one.
Edit:
Reinstall it and now work... ¬_¬
Normally, when game uppdates, MelonLoader needs to re-generate assemblies. This is one time process and takes less than minute. If this process fail, then mods will not work and melonloader will log "missing dependencies" after generation errors. Re-installing melonloader will re-generate or removing file \Car Mechanic Simulator 2021\MelonLoader\Dependencies\Il2CppAssemblyGenerator\Config.cfg
