BMW M4 Wheels Difference?
Why are there 3 Wheels for the M4 with no Difference?

Just a guess but one is probably the default metal color. Another can be painted. The 3rd... black or chrome. Just basing my guess on some of the other wheel types with more than one version.

Each One paints differently, the 1st one only the orange part paints, the second only the chrome paints, and the third one, the whole wheel paints.
