Wider tyres (tires)

G'day folks, how do you get the wider tyres?
I can only get up to 315 yet I have bought cars from the auctions or junk yard with tires well over 400 wide.
I have the Hot Rod DLC and Mopar DLC but due to the tire issue I recently bought the drag strip and still no wide tyres.
You would think that if I can see them in game and I can remove them from the wheel then fit them to a new or repaired wheel then I should be able to purchase them in the same game. What's the go with that?
Any help would be greatly appreciated. Cheers.

Go into settings and enable "unrealistic wheel sizes."
