There was fix for painting not washed parts. Maybe you think about other bug. Can you describe it step by step?

DLC doesn't replace in game Faux versions, so maybe you are just seeing the vanilla cars.
Some mods will cause name conflicts but never had an issue with vanilla/DLC.

Go to Car Salon and check cars on podium, to see if name conflict shows there. If the conflict is there (doubtful) verify files, and double check "manage DLC" that all DLC is loaded correctly.

Verifying files should be the first step when things get a bit hinkey.

RNG can be fickle, sometimes it takes ages to find a car.

I repaired some body parts, put them back on the car and then I painted the car. But the task could not be done this way. I had to buy the parts new, put them on the car and then paint the car. After this the taks was done.

You need to wash the car with old bodyparts on. Then after repair they are ok. Just discovered that myself.

I'm not sure whats causing this, but every loading screen has very jarring music, the radio is off. its so loud i have to take off my headset and can hear it from over 3 feet away on 50% volume.
Edit: i think its the loading animation music or something? its rock music with the sounds of ratchets and impacts, and the game is labeling itself as "unity feedback engine" instead of the game name.

Disable Steam Overlay, or tab into it while in game and close whatever is open, as others have suggested. Should fix it for you.

This is a result of the latest Steam client update. It has yet to be fixed.

BRAKE PARTS BUG

For the BMW 5 Serie (E34)

1. The REAR wheel will accept the TUNED wheel hub with 4 bolts, but it is miss aligned.
2. You are not able to install the tuned brake system on the rear wheel, even if that car take disc at the rear.

Why does music randomly play every minute? It's impossible to play the game because how annoying the music is. I have music turned off then i hear the song play then it stops, then it comes back. please help!!!!!!!!!!!!!

There is a slider for the music volume in the option. It works on my setup at least.

Turn off steam overlay.

Well I get the problem with all games, and some general lag and drop out. Settles down after a while then gets worse after every MS update. It's my belief it is a marketing exercise to get everyone on subscription premium.
