Issue with tires in tutorial

I played CMS 2018 and knew what I was doing, no issue. In the starter mission for 2021, I need to change tires. Okay, cool, took them off, wrote down tire info. Bought the same tire from the store, but it will not show up and let me mount the new tire.

I take it you have removed the old tyres and got new ones the same size.
Mount the tyres and then balance the tyres/wheels.
