Knowing which issues to fix?

Have an order where I'm supposed to fix/replace certain parts (less than 52%) .
The only icon in the list that's highlighted is a wrench icon (rightmost icon). What does that represent? There are no specific parts called out over on the right hand side of the screen.

The only parts that obviously are < 52% when I remove them are body parts (hood, trunk etc), but the body icon *isn't* highlighted which suggests I should leave those alone?
