CAR WONT MOVE ON TEST TRACK

Not sure if its a bug or user error but I cant get any car to move on the test track left and right turn the steering wheel but theres no response to forwards and backward not even revving in the engine is it me or a bug

Are you sure, did you mount steering wheel in car? :)

maybe you have to do the wheels alignment in the test patch first, it says that the car could be unstearable if you dont do it

its not reponding to accelerate and reverse nothing to do with steering

Try to reset your options in steam launcher

Do you have any gamepad connected to your PC?

nothing connected even tried a different keyboard and its the same

I have the same issue here. I am using a french layout keyboard and have remaped some keys. I can go backwards or left and right but forward is impossible. It seems like the key bindings are not set in test track mode and they are only working with QWERTY layout keyboards.

I have edited original answer. Try to do as i said, run game with checked "reset settings" in launcher

makes no difference the problem is the same after resetting

I remapped the wasd to the arrow keys anf the up and down arrow work fine in the garage for moving around and moving the camera then stop responding when i try to drive the vehicle

accelerate/brake doesnt
Tried multiple customers cars, same issue with all.
I rebinded movement keys, set back to default... movement works in garage but not forward/back on test track

Ok, i think i see where is the problem. Do you all use azerty keyboard?

Download querty/azerty english keyboard for windows, and ingame push ALTG + SHIFT, and touches change. Go to play

Same issue, playing on an AZERTY keyboard, with W/Q remapped to Z/Q. I can steer, but I can't accelerate.
