Atom Renton broken maybe?

Atom Renton doesnt go faster than 175km/h and is stuck on gear 1? is this correct or should'nt this be happening?

okay yes makes sense for the one gear as no gearbox, sorry.
But the car should still go faster than 175km/h.

Put a custom gearbox in it, and tune the final ratio down somewhat from 1. That will allow it to reach a higher top speed, though at the expense of acceleration.

Autotutto Lavetino has the same speed issue. Although Atom 330 freely accelerates to 345 on improved parts.
Upd: If you change the gear ratio slightly less than the maximum (4.50), then this solves the problem with the speed
